We’re delighted to have Michelle Cairncross as part of The Loans Suite team in her role as Client Service Manager.
Michelle works closely with our clients to ensure a seamless experience from settlement through to ongoing loan support. She assists with all post-settlement enquiries and is committed to making sure every client receives exceptional service and guidance throughout their financial journey.
Currently studying her Certificate IV in Mortgage Broking, Michelle is passionate about problem-solving and ensuring clients enjoy the best possible experience when managing their finance needs. With extensive customer service experience across the retail sector and Suncorp Insurance, she brings empathy, professionalism, and a client-first mindset to every interaction.
Michelle is excited to be part of The Loans Suite team. Outside of work, she enjoys socialising with friends over a platter and wine, spending quality downtime with her family, and taking the occasional flight to a relaxing destination.
