Mentored by his mother, Karlie Scharfenberg—an industry powerhouse with over 30 years of expertise—Kaiden has grown up surrounded by conversations about home loans, exceptional customer service, and the importance of finding the right financial solutions for every client.
While most teens were studying for exams, Kaiden was also completing his Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking during Year 12, setting a strong foundation for his career. He’s spent the last two years immersed in auditing files and mastering the intricate processes behind the scenes, giving him a solid understanding of what makes a great loan—and an even greater client experience.
