Self Managed Super

An SMSF loan is a home loan used by a self-managed super fund (SMSF) to buy an investment property. The returns on the investment – whether that’s rental income or capital gains – are funneled back into the super fund, increasing your retirement savings.

For SMSFs looking to purchase residential investment property, most lenders will restrict your loan to 70% of the property value and require you to make Principle and Interest repayments.

Although SMSF loan structures can be quite complex, there are specialist lenders who have designed specific products to finance these transactions.

At The Loans Suite we work together with both the clients and Financial Planners to ensure the best advice and outcome is achieved.
